Where you focus your mind will create a pattern for your brain to follow. If you focus it on the negative it will look at the negative, focus it on sex and it will return back to sex, focus it on happiness and happiness will ensue. Habits are built out of repetitions, the more the brain repeats the deeper the habit will engrain itself. You aren’t who you think you are but it never hurts to remap the brain for the better, it still affects emotions.
Update – since my diagnosis I’ve been working hard to make the necessary changes in life to circumvent diabetes. In just a short time I’ve lost 1.5 inches from my waist and almost 10% of total weight. The goal is a total drop of around 25% of original body weight. It is a long way to go but have the motivation to continue.

Those are words by which I try to live. And I tell clients that daily.
They often look at me as if to say,
"That is? That's all you've got?"
Well, it is. It's about all there is!
