It is proven that people with focused minds are happier than others with wandering minds. The more the mind wanders, generally, the less happy a person is. Unfortunately this is the default state of the mind, it enjoys wandering to the detriment to your mental health. A person can be happier by focusing on the moment and the task at hand.
