Stress
Sometimes the stress of life will cause a lack of focus on a task or multiple tasks at hand. The frustration will cause unhappiness and possibly even depression. Your muscles become tense and sore, insomnia strikes, poor health habits set in. Regardless how one may state that this is just the ego or being human, the words will not be of any comfort to the person being pained by the stress. All of us will face some sort of pressure in life, it is easy to say to go with the flow and be with Tao, but it is another to really be 100% with Tao all of the time. Most likely you will be in and out. There isn’t any way to just drop society and the symptoms of it. To return back to the Source, it will be necessary to face the cause of stress head-on.
