In one way or another, everything is constantly moving. The universe is expanding, galaxies spinning, planets orbiting, clouds changing, life growing, etc. Without movement nothing would exist. Our lives are in constant movement as well. However we choose to move we should be together with Tao, just as nature is. We should not exert this change blindly, instead through intelligence, balance, and harmony.
By following Tao, we can be as the Earth is. It has never thought about creating clouds, rain, life, etc. They all do their own thing by their own nature. There is no work on their part. We too can become skillful at something to the point that we no longer have to think about what we do, it is just done. Effortless action is among the highest skill a Taoist can achieve.

Admiring the new chimney I built last summer, I am amazed at my accomplishment.
It is so obviously far beyond my capabilities.
And yet there it is.
I had no help. I did it all.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
The unbuildable chimney is built by understanding that it must be built.
And taking that first step.
To love a task so well that it becomes automatic - to work so hard that the job becomes effortless - such a joy.
Only Now is real!
Be in the moment
Do in the moment
As the moment is and does.
Very well put Mr. Methodic.
